New artifacts or mods

 what about artifacts/mods that boost our guns but in different ways like phase rounds that do more on shields but less on hull
or titanium rounds that do more on hull and less on shields. No. There are already enough attack buffs. Ancient Crystal Foci +5%, Crimson Obelisk +10%, Crimson Amplifier +15%. Also for NPCs you have the Shockpulse Charger +20% against NPC. Throw in Kongul bonus (and Drannik against NPC). I'd rather see a better cloaking buff personally.
