Okay so humans and sillix have there own special structure so i came up with some for the rest of the starter races:
-Vygoid research Station- size 2 research 5 maximum research +500
-Konqual fighter bay- Size 1 attack:600 artifacts 3
-Inergon Brain center- size 1- invasion defense 250, max energy 20 artifact 2
-aerlean defense base- size 2 invasion defense 600 defense 600 cloak 100

so what do you think
