Ok so what I am doing wrong?

 I am a bit confused I just spent 10GP on a wheel spin and only got 1X, but my credits are exactly as before, no change, and when I scrap an artifact it shows a value range, I click scrap, it vanishes but I get no credits.
What gives? |
