Im sorry to bother, I just started, but I was curious if theyre is any way to reset my facebook connection to this game, so I can start over?

theres a restart option after clicking the help button

I believe that reset accounts don't begin with attack protection though. I think they also lose any Galaxy Points they have. Others should be able to confirm this.
