Maybe have it on the news page and all the recent updates are posted there
The reason im suggesting this is because there wasn't an announcement to say that time manipulators cant be traded anymore and the only way i found out was reading the forums but some players dont come here...

also because all minor updates dont get shown in the update section of the forum
