I finally got an RSL implant and I'm wondering how many energy recharges should I save up before I use it?

it depends on what your production rate compared to your production cap is. how soon do you fill up?

I would personly keep increasing your cargo till at most 30k space (when you no longer care).

The 2nd as many as you feel you want before you do that scanning blits.

personally id save the RSL till rank 200 when you inlock the complex tech mission. it has like a 3.5 ratio and only gets better when you use neurals and RSLs on it... luckily i got through the first two stages of it before RSLs were practically taken out of the game. now its just a matter of time before i get all the energy required to finish it off and i'll do it.
