 How many of these can be on one planet? it doesn't say in any of the info? i put this in the bug section because i thought that might be good to add to the info of it

Am I reading correctly that it removes 150 population?

i too would like to know what an xts-10 injector does... is this a reward for a quest you can still do or something you got from a limited time mission.
