Why cant I get anything anymore from Darkrunner NPC's?

 Why is it lately I cant seem to get a artifact drop from Darkrunner NPC's when i beat them? Has WebguyDan changed their rewards?

As far as I know, Dark Runners have only ever given experience.

They never did drop any artifacts.

lol your going up against ppl that have been playing over a year ... they know as i do runners havnt been artifacters ... just energy wasters

lol considering they reward a decent amount of xp and die in 3-4 shots, theyre pretty good in my book. now rogue tech collectors... those take as many shots as rogue data analyzers.
