Are these things showing up in the battle screen yet? I've got the mission that requires me to have debris, but when I went to the battle screen, the only NPCs present were a Dark Speeder and a Dark Velocitor. I thought maybe the list just needed refreshing, so I disabled one of the speeders, but he was replaced with a Tech Cruiser.
Have the Zolazins not been added yet, or is it based on luck whether or not you get one? If the latter, then this is going to be a very difficult mission to complete...

Yes, the Zolazins have been added - i've actually killed two of them. But they're not as common as they *should* be, so you've just got to keep killing all the other NPC's until you find one. I've had to kill four NPC's to find the Zolazins.
Spoiler below:
You'll also need to kill 30 Zolazins because you only get 1 debris per enemy.
End spoiler.
I posted the stats of my first Zolazin kill in the other two Zolazin Debris threads.

A third slot for zolazins specifically should be introduced... 'they attack us according to the story', yet they don't show up on our battle screens.

I agree, and I think the mission should be up for a lot longer than two weeks as well. A month would be more realistic and give people some time to level up and get better at killing NPC's.

DAN --- Have you run simulations on this Zolazin debris/mission. From what I read only very high ranked people (not myself at 100) will be able to complete it. I'm trusting I can complete it so I'm going for it. However I'm spending allot of artifacts and money repair/increasing hulls & shields. My weapons and defense are decent but I think it needs to be great/excellent. Brian

The average player will need to disable about 40-60 NPC ships to complete the mission. There are actually 5 tiers of different Zolazin ships that span different difficulty for all ranks that are eligible for the mission. Unlike other missions, the difficulty of this mission will depend on how powerful your ship is for battle.

I have the same problem. I only get level 75 Sha'din Corsairs and Level 100 Dark Warpers, both of which are very difficult for me to kill at level 82 even with my entire ship filled with the best available weapons and defense (I have to repair my ship 4 or 5 times just to kill 1 NPC). I don't mind that the NPC ships are difficult. My problem is that I'm wasting my time and money fighting NPCs that don't do anything for me. I used all of my +attack and defense artifacts, my time reset artifacts to repair my hull faster, and decrease attack/defense artifacts on the NPCs and managed to kill 10 of them so far but still haven't seen a single Zolazin. At this rate, assuming I could keep getting more of those artifacts and that I'll eventually actually see a Zolazin ship, it would take a month to complete the mission just a single time. If the Zolazin that we need for the latest mission would show up when we need them, it wouldn't be as bad since there is actually a potential reward for the effort.

The spawn rate and rank ranges for Zolazin ships has been updated - you should see many more of them much more frequently now.

So let me get this straight, you only get one piece per NPC ? wow! this is going to be tedious cause i've only been able to kill 6 NPC's total, and right now I have to kill one of 2 Dranik Drones to even get another Zolazin (maybe) I might have to pass on this one

5 NPC's so far, no dice. Now, I have two level 75 Sha'din Corsairs sitting on my screen (I'm level 65). These ships are very difficult to take down as it is. Perhaps it should be coded to not allow duplicate ships on screen at the same time. This will make it easier to get Zolazin ships, if they start showing up more.

Okay, now I'm only getting level 75 ships that are disabling me. Killed nine NPCs so far, and still only one Zolazin ship.

To my knowledge, nobody has even finished the first round less yet all three.

Good stuff, man! So, yeah...I'm assuming he only finished the first round, but even so it's quite impressive. I think it's safe to say that he's the exception to the rule, though. I highly doubt many people have earned the reward yet.

To me, i think its just unfair for the higher players.... I am lvl 98 myself, and all i see are lvl 120s and insane NPCs.... and they are NOT even zolzain. Sigh.
Seriously, zolzain ships should be given a slot by themselves.....

Honestly...I think I got luck of the draw sometimes, because I had a level 10 zolazin pop, then a level 40, then a level 100-something. All in a row.
Then it happened again later, with 2-3 following each other, and not just the big guys following the little. I popped a level 140-something (i think) and was nearly dead...and BAM a little level 10 appeared.
Regards, Helmet
