okay so im just giving my 2 cents,
If you discover a artifact in the CT lab the artifact should be yours so you should keep it.EX:
lets say, If im in my legion and I discover the Phasic Chain-Ionizer then I leave the legion, once I leave the legion that artifact disappears from that legions CT lab, then once I join a different legion the Phasic chain-Ionizer wold go into there CT lab if they do not have it.

so you mean each player should be able to discover each artifact individually, and take it with them if they legion hop? i can see advantages of this and disadvantages... the advantage is that once you as a player discover it, its yours and you can always build it, no matter what leigon youre in. the downside though, is its hard enough for any legion, including the dysonians, to find all the blueprints collectively. can you imagine how difficult that would be for each individual player to do? not to mention if a specific player discovered a previously discovered artifact... how much of a disappointment would that be for you and your legion. id like it either way, each has its advantages and disadvantages.
