When people swap items, theres always the trepidation the other isnt gonna pay up

What i propose is a feature box that allows you to suggest a offer, planets, minerals, credits etc. and ask for a fee in the same manner of whatever you want.

A proposal of the draft is then sent to the other person involved and they can accept or decline based on what is being asked. Perhaps even revise and send a proposal back, the OK box would let the game control the swap ensuring validity and assuredness.

Perhaps a fee to make the transaction happen (like most games use to control and syphon ingame cash)

Included a very quick sketch of what im thinking of, literally a click and select system.

Of course there will be a "From" name part to it, and the cash amount will probably be listed with mineral values instead. The clickable planet picture will show two screenshots of its mineral/arti/research outputs and its defence/attack section. It isnt a share so cant be used to ulterior motives, just a gif/jpeg

To cover planet transfers, say, there could be a checkbox that covers "abandon" costs like the 5GP

So at the bottom it could say

Person is not in your legion
Costs to transfer planet are:
5GP
(15%) Transfer fee: 84,000,000 (of 560,000,000)
Colonisaiton Cost: (Your Current Level) 121,000,000 + 10 Energy
Culmative: 765,000,000 + 5GP + 10 Energy
