My cap is 9600 at the moment for research. My production will be (in 3 days) around 600/hour, meaning it will fill in 16 hours. I check in at least once every 12 hours, so I'll be fine.

My next planet will be mining.

Just a question, is it worth dropping a very small, ex. abundant mining planet in order to get a very large, ex. rich mining planet which I'd put a locus on?

yes, that is very worth it, assuming you can hold onto the planet.

I can - one scan on it, and the owner's inactive (been stuck at rank 50 for 2 weeks).

then go for it, it would be very worth it, and I'm sure you'll see a major boost to your production.

I got it - It had an outpost on it too :)

50 mining production now, 100 in 5 days. Well worth it (I'm up to the +4s).

Now, rank 64, I have:
221/hour mining
555/hour artifatcts
604/hour research

That's with NO race/profession bonus at all. Is that about right?

Well congrats, your pulling in more artifact than a rank 95.

We have the same number of planets now; meanwhile, I'm +288 MP/Hour, -161 AP/Hour, and +27 RP/Hour, although it would be -78 RP/Hour without the Vygoid bonus.

In other words, based upon what some other higher ranking players have said, I think we're both a bit ahead of the typical Rank 64 production pace.

Just a quick update, with nineteen colonies now, my production rates are thus 662 MP/Hour, 924 AP/Hour, and 804 RP/Hour, because I tweaked them to hit capacity every fourteen hours so I don't miss out on any production overnight.

I'm guessing you CC then? I have full planet slots, but only meshes. I only have one mega rich planet... which is where the only GP I have gotten went.

I love this planet. :D

Quasi-Spacial Expanders can upgrade any planet until it's a Very Massive...

...then as an icy, mass surface melter changes it to an ocean and adds two sizes, going from very massive to mega colossal

I stole it at mega colossal, destroyer. Watched 'em melt it and decided that I would give it a shot. Waited a couple of hours, buffed up, debuffed them took it. :o I had a terrible chance.

Also, to explain why I only get 205 from it...
