Post what is a Lazuli Parts Manifest?
what is a Lazuli Parts Manifest and is it a lower or higher or not at all version of Lazuli Parts Vault ?

They are used for the mission "Suspicious Construction." It is similar to the Kalvium Asteroid mission, where you collect these in order to do the mission.

you mean pop up all the time and fill up the npc tab slots until it is resolved or not?

no you have to disable parts runners and they are not the easiest NPC's to kill, i had trouble finding them

It took me 20 thousand energy to find 50 :evil: :evil:

Well at least the Chron Shift Carriers from the Dark Theft Mission are easier to defeat
