I haven't seen if this is a building yet, but I don't think it is. I think that Legion Bases' should be able to have a storehouse where legion members can donate any tradable artifact and withdraw them. Control of course would be limited by the Leader and Officers somehow, I suggest the simple "All withdraws must be approved by an officer" system.

taking back some of the money we put into the base would be nice too.... depreciated proportionally by the amount of upkeep that's dipped into those funds

The base only needs a Commerce Bay installed to make withdrawals. Talk to your leader about that

what if you sold your excess items to the base store with a tariff similar to minerals (profit going to base). any one can purchase. large amounts of accumulations can be used to accuire the new artifacts by leaders. also inactive players (over a month for example) assets can be sold to legion members with profit also going to base

A-Much simpler to just trade directly with who has/needs the stuff.
B-Why should the leaders be the only ones to have use of excess artifacts?
C-Why would you keep someone on the roster if they are inactive for a month??? Special circumstances are understandable, but then why would you sell off their stuff?

+1 but with some limits, I do like the idea that we could stockpile stuff in the legion but maybe have legion artifact points go to a group draw? you get random artifacts every day based off the points and it's who ever gets them takes them? just an idea, but i like this plan, however would it be all artifacts or just tradable ones?

That is nice idea and give legions more options to customize their bases to fit legions' need. More features from base, the better!

Just tradable ones, but it could also come into play for Base Combat. Like if there's Base NPCs then rewards could go into the Warehouse instead of individuals' Trade.

Though if the Auction House ( viewtopic.php?f=6&t=9309 ) gets developed I imagine pretty much the same restrictions would be applied to items in each.
