Basically 2 options:
1-Farm NPCs for Elite/Boss. Scrap the drops you get from them 2-Buy them in the Galaxy Pub _________________ Ranks 400+ Join us in exploring..  [20:40] Wredz: just hacked a massive extremely rich minting planet from someone.. thats the best planet i ever hacked [20:43] DarthFlagitious: is it spearmint or peppermint? |

The other, VERY slow method is kill rogue tech collectors, who drop a couple each.

go to your artifact inventory.... in the search box put in TECH

note: to find tech collectors, make sure you have at least 50 scan

best way i found was to sell planets.... the better they are the bigger the profit
 again you must be careful, selling enemy planets can create our own personal enemies. selling to someone you cant trust may put you in a worse situation.._________________   |
