Youve grown much better than last time very good improvement. Also a tip Finish a tier completely before moving on unless the other is URGENTLY needed. Im level 144 at your rank , even if i didnt have dyson production I woul have around 2000 Research

See what I can get? I had 4350 Scan. So get the scan up real high and do a blitz You will atleast get 1 good planet
Overall Nice Job on catching up

well my max scan is only about 2200-2500, I'm finishing sub dimensional sensors right now then I'll get trans conduits and then more weapons (I'm not bothering with defense because I have no space for it anyway)
Also there's a massive ex rich mining metallic that's unoccupied that I'm going to take in about 2-3 days (depending if I can get a tri in the daily reward or not)
P.S. also on some of my good scanning runs, I gave a couple of nice planets to my legion.
