I have had like 4 invasions with a 90% chance and failed ....... thats 4 in a row ..... I may point out the words spoken after 2,3 and 4 can not be printed here.

you should've been playing the lottery instead of playing GL then...

with a 90% success rate, the chance of one success in 2 chances is 99%, 3 chances is 99.9%, 4 chances is 99.99%.. etc, etc... (throw another 9 at the end for each attempt)

so if you've failed 4 chances in a row at 90% success, that's a 1 in 10,000 chance of getting that outcome

I dunno....from that first pic, it showed 4 population left, you know how hard it is to control and overwhelm 4 people....haha
especially with 8 heavy cannons...so hard...

i tend to think of it as millions of people, perhaps even billions... earth is actually considered a small planet... and we have over 6 billion folks (most of which live one on top the other in china)... so we could probably fit 20 billion easy.... we'd just need to invent fusion reactors and food replicators before that happens

I've alway thought they were a multiple, I think 1 pop=10 million is a reasonable assumption

Same here. A good desert planet, inactive low ranked player, No defenses or attack, failed invasion twice in a row. After that, successfully conquered it and all the other planets I tried to invade.

When it comes to failing invasion of planets i think i hold the record on artifact invasion tries.

Is seems the game has something against me, im at 90% "invasion risk", but in reality its 99% fail for me when
i try to take an artifact planet that can have 0 attack, 0 def..........
Ive had to give away so many mega rich artifact planets because of the biased invasion math.

Bringing this back up. I've, once again, failed an Invasion on a planet with absolutely nothing defending it. Let me just cut to the chase. Planets with 0/0 Def/Atk should be a 100% success rate. There's no reason people should fail that.

the people on the planet still resist you... they won't accept you as their ruler... (your charisma roll failed)

just everyone be glad you can't fail colonizing an empty planet...haha
