yup cloak structures should be redesigned to size 2.

if, and thats a big "if" it were size 2 i may suggest a limit to the number allowed on a planet.
no, that's dumb, i couldnt suggest that.
still size 3 cloak, size 4 pop

was thinking that topopolis's should be size 4, quantum bio vaporisers can easily neutralize a large population.

This galaxy has a finite number of planets and while that may seem like a lot right now the game is getting bigger and gaining more permanent players now all the really good planets are getting created and being found and colonized if we were to lower cloak down to two spaces it would create an oppurtunity to completely block all scans on the planet i am voting that cloak is 3 or 4 or left the same. Two would make finding good enemy planets near impossible.

Pick your planet. unfortunately part of the quality of a planet is its size... most people won't even touch anything smaller than a large... and qse's are too rare (and too expensive) to waste on anything smaller than a large... so the "good" planets would be anything large or larger (regardless of production level since we can always fix that)... and if the large planets are sufficiently cloaked, then... either people will have to start settling on average or smaller planets, or hack the good ones from other people and fight over them

The game seems to give some % of "new" planets from a pool, so finding new ones of the right size/type is still just as possible as before. Honestly I don't SEE anyone worth invading anymore, once in awhile a max toxic, which I also don't care about and just let other people take. Saw 1 15x RP (Baltar) and no 15x AP enemy planets in 7500 planets. So basically that argument doesn't really make sense to me.
