 Glaviz Vendetta Mission/Stryll Deep Tracker Question

Hey, I wanted to know if anybody knew anything about the battle at the end of the Glaviz Vendetta Mission. Do Glaviz ships help you? How powerful is the ship, and what weapons would you recommend using unlockable around rank 14-15 1st level of laser tech. Can anybody help?

The boss is pretty cool. Its stats are based on your stats. You should be able to do it with whatever you have. It might take you a while but you will be able to do it.

Thanks. Do you think 2 light laser cannons, and two heavy mass drivers aught to do some serious damage? My shields are 47, and my hull is 90. Is that good enough?

I have no idea as I have no idea what it will look like. Just attack a couple of times, repair and repeat.

The ship is outfitted at whats considered par for your rank Attack/Defense and is your rank. But ya as said before just attack, repair, repeat.

It will be, NPCs have good stuff to drop and the more choices you have, the better chance you have of getting rare ones.

Yay. I still got three days, and a week to get there, and I'm 33 parts of the way there. I look forward to finishing the mission and moving on.

I strongly suggest you do both mission instances so you can get 2 Stryll cores total. Trust me.

Why not?

This mission has decent XP / energy ratio. 60 XP per 25 energy, which is better than a lot of missions. Even if you feel the reward isn't worth it, you might as well take advantage of the good XP / energy ratio.

I just stacked up to max weapons and defense I could hold, threw a Drannik Saboteur artifact, then blasted these things. I only needed to repair 3 times (I don't have any hull or shield modules installed) for each Stryll ship. The repairs only cost like 200k total for all 3.

max researched weapon: Heavy Phase Cannon Attack +75
max researched defence: Spacial Thrusters - Mark III Defense +104

that npc had like 300/300 attk/def, and 800 shield/500+ hull

15 times? Damn.

I have Heavy Plasma Cannons (+52 attack) as my best weapon and Microwarp Nacelle Mk 1 (+176 defense) as my best defense. My Stryll enemy had 290 attack / defense. Forgot hull / shields, probably close to yours. With the Drannik sabtoeur artifact, my Stryll went down to 145 defense, and I was doing like 100 damage a hit to it.

That sounds awfully close to me, although I don't have Heavy Phase Cannons yet, and I only had to repair once. Hull/450, Shields/35. Did you move your scanners and cloak offline to install more weapons and defenses? I was doing more damage consistently until he hit me with his special effect, then we were about even. I did use a couple of artifacts, but they were minor.

i removed all except relays, hull, defence and weapons, i got one +95 weapon from a weapons locker
i had close to 400 attack and defence.

Is the tracker a permanent affect or a timeframe thing?
It doesn't explicitly say..
I'm guessing its permanent ?
