 Make reserch min instead of hourly

Hi,

Just a thought could we get reserch to generate by the min like energy instead of by the hour? (still divided down so if you generate 60 reserch an hour you now get 1 a min) it would help us active players get our reserches that much quicker.

This will make the combat more abusive IMO...

-1 its a very good system the way it is and I would hate it every minute to have to empty resources.

play a little bit more... read the forums regularly... and figure out the fastest path to the bathroom from your computer chair...

the longer you play and browse the forum, the more you'll find an hour is a VERY short length of time... it practically flies by

Not practical from a technical standpoint. too much to process.

i disagree there... it can be programmed as: total, timestamp total was last updated, and production rate... calculating and updating server side and resetting the timestamp only when a change would be made to the total or production rate.... client-side could show it slowly counting up each second, something kinda like Google's counter for the free space they have allocated to GMail... when you dump research into a tier, it woudn't use the client-side value, only the server-side calculation...

but....... like i said,... an hr is a really short length of time once you've been playing a while... let's just leave things like they currently are

It is minutes. Divide your current research by 60 and thats how many u get a minute lol


your only allowed to use it every 60 minutes

I think that a bad idea personally. Research gaps would have to decrease significantly to meet the minute to minute income, and the buildings would have to be altered in prices and sizes which Dan and the other helpers of the game don't have time to fix the entire research chain and effect (if you get my drift). If they didnt fix it to the adjusted system in which you would like it then people would have to go online every hour or less to empty there holdings.
Yes it would be nice for it to increase the rate of which we gain points but its good were it is i think. Good idea but sorry -1 for me.
