 Energy bar total not correct

Post Energy bar total not correct
I've got 110 engineers and 3 x 55 point reactors yet my energy bar is capping out at 155.. That doesn't add up..
Is there some sort of cap by level too?

No, you must have things like relays that lower your total amount of energy, equipped.

Yep... that would be it.. I only saw the plus 9.. have to mouse over it to see the penalty.. heh

Post energy fluctuations
At 3:38 pm, my energy read 24/143. It had 1:50 till the tick. I turned away from the compy, and when I turned back, I had 22 energy, with 1:00 till the tick.

Uh...This was supposed to be it's own thread...don't know how that happened. It's totally unrelated to the OPs problem.
