I paid 50$, im 16 and dont have any real job oppertunitys, thats a s***load for me. and right after i bought it i lost everything that really mattered except the stuff i spent the gp's on so just recently i restarted and i have no points i misread the terms and clicked "i agree" and what i thought was going to give me my 50$ worth back took it away for good. dan could you please fix this so that people get what they paid for back if theyre gaming experience goes down the toilet?

That blows man! I cant image....
If you send a nice message to Dan or another staff member im sure they will be able to do something about it. It says that gp point are non refundable (but im quite sure you can get it back).
In the mean time hope things work out.

dude... I'm pretty sure I said "make sure to read all the warnings before you continue" with the reset (Thread# 90, Post# -)

Note the capitalized words... also notice it says "No Galaxy Points will be refunded for bonuses or goods removed after a reset."
The Warning When Resetting wrote:
YOU MUST READ the following carefully before resetting your account.
Resetting your account will COMPLETELY WIPE your character and allow you to start the game from scratch.
This process CANNOT BE UNDONE. ALL of your research, missions, modules, artifacts, minerals, structures, and planets will be removed.
Your characters' stats, (including credits, resource points, and leaderboard rankings) settings, and timers will also be reset.
Your Galaxy Point balance will remain the SAME after the reset, but all bonuses and goods purchased with points WILL BE REMOVED.
No Galaxy Points will be refunded for bonuses or goods removed after a reset.
You may reset your account no more than once in a 30 day period.
If you fully understand and agree with the account reset terms above, enter the words 'I agree' in the box below:
You may want to contact Dan directly (Thread# 583) and pray to any God you believe in

I didnt see the "not" part and anyways if i had i would problably have still resetted. i fell apart one planet after another and my internet made it so i wouldnt be able to be as high ranked as i should have been.
