auto lock on and base attack limits

I think the scanning should auto lock onto the first base you find, so that you cant continue to scan if you have alot of red badges already saved up...
Another suggestion is the amount of bases you can target within 24 hours should be based on amount of loyal members in your legion
Something like this
Members
1-10: 1 base
11-25: 2 bases
26-40: 3 bases
41-50: 4 bases
51-59: 5 bases
60: 6 6 bases

yea i like the idea of more base lock on because its way to easy for a legion to take out one base at a time depending on the amount of legion members
