Trade routes kind of carry everything so think this would make more sense.

The Miners Coalition change seems fine. I like the Archaeologists Guild thing, but it seems unlikely; artifacts are really useful, so they're more difficult to increase.

I already suggested the Miners Coalition change...

I didn't think it was a bad idea, I just know that getting artifact points is always being made more difficult to other things. I don't see anything besides what's there already being added, solely for that reason. I just don't think they're going to do anything that will increase the AP.
