 can I still send an in-game support ticket?

Can I still send an In-game support tick for a mission module and possibly artifact that I stupidly scrapped long ago and I mean a LONG time ago, when the stryll/genetarr mission chain was the alerted mission chain.
and if you're wondering, that module is a stryll transponder and the possible artifact is one contact coordinates (as I see no remnant of me ever hitting a rare NPC from it, plus I got my first one when I basically had no weapons researched.)

I did, before I went inactive, I had scrapped my zolazin jammers, and just realized it about 2 weeks ago. I asked dan if he would replace them for me, and he did, so it's entirely possible that he will. it never hurts to ask.

the four choices are too generic.. i'd say "Report Problem with App"... but i'm sure any of them would do

whenever I realize I made a noob mistake (like scrapping my jammers) I put it under Contact Developer, Have a question about the app, he responds to me that way.
