Evidently boss shares are only for people up to level 250? Why am I getting cut out?

I would understand if there were a bunch of us above lvl 250 sharing but there are only 3 of us and I am not even friends with the other 2.

From what I've seen, it is rank dependent, and is shared between some range. I was rank 88, called for help on a boss (? it was a rare of 3+ attackers). My call for help went to 80 to 120 (no one in that range, some in the 70s got it too apparently).

Maybe you are just out of the call range for those people?

Heh, that is one of disadvantage benefit of being one of few in very high rank elite club. That's why I didn't rank up too fast since day one so I can enjoy fighting NPCs WITH my DOO..

All you can wait is to allow more players to catch up to you into that higher rank category for NPC fights..

I encountered one NPC with 10 loots and it said rank 130-400.. Once someone surpasses 400 then he'll be lone fighter to face NPCs with rank 400+ and it can be difficult..

Yes, all NPCs have level ranges. I think the synopsis here is that you didn't receive a share for 'The Dark Ring', which a mid-rank Boss. More bosses will be added in the upper level ranges soon. There are already many elites within your level range.

When I get around to making a comprehensive NPC page on the wiki, I'll be sure to note share level ranges.

It could just go on the NPC pages (linked to Extremely Rare).

ODragon I really want to just have that area as a library of all NPCs and not just the bases. But I am not going to run said area unless it changes and I have something to add.

Plus I need to get into combat shape and knock off the first two NPCs yet lol.

I'm not sure I understand. The first sentences on that page:
There are pages for many/most of the NPCs. If you want one for all, you could make it, I'm just trying to point out that a lot of the data is already there.

Sorry had a bad day yesterday. Well when I was writing that anyway lol.

But I already did set up a page and if it is not done before I break free of the two NPCs I started with. I might start it up.
