If you fail invasion, invasion cost credit are all gone too?

I kept getting hack by one player for 2 days now. I plan to farm him back for red badge. How many times can i disable him back and still get red badge?

You can get a Red Badge once every twelve hours until the forty-eighth hour since his last offensive action against you, but that's only if you don't attack him in between badges, otherwise the timer restarts at twelve hours each time you hit him. The same goes for Blue Badges and Yellow Badges.

Hacking is less than 12 hours? because he sometimes hack me only 10 to 12 hours apart.

In other words, he's hacking you more often, not for the badges, but for the research points.

If I want to exchange my research planet with my friend for his artifact planet, is abandon it with GP and share in legion the only way?

After that, my friend leaves the legion, and takes the planet. Will it work?

i dont believe so, as once he's out of the legion he can't see any planet shares from the legion, and if you leave nobody in the legion can see your scan

After I share the planet, if he guard it, then the planet should be in his database permanently i think.

no, just until he stops guarding it. which will happen after you leave b/c you can only guard friendly planets
