Does the Tactical Inner-Bypass cause damage to the devices it deactivates, like when you uninstall?

Yes, anytime a module is uninstalled, for whatever reason, it receives 10% damage.

It's one way to REALLY get back at a high weapons player.

You hack/bypass them, they re-install, you repeat, and so on and so on, until you break their weapons.

At high levels, weapons cost Billions to repair.

it doesn't? well at any rate it's annoying as all ef.....when I was trying to hold Exotica about 3/4 of the way through they started using these on my and a bud, and when I say using them, I just don't mean one or two, I mean they were using 6 or 7 of them while I was frantically trying to reset traps, keep my ship from being disabled, AND reinstalling my attack/defense which seemed to be COMPLETELY offline

let me tell you, these are a GREAT way to get a online high ranking player who REALLY doesn't want to be disabled, disabled. especially if they're legion alerted

or online guarding a planet you want
