 So, how does this help in raiding?
Heist Dispatch Center [ Planet Structure - Size:2, Artifact:1, Mining:1, Attack:150 ] A focal point for coordinating raiding activity. (limit 1 per planet) ^^^ huh? ^^^ If I guard the planet it's on, does it help my raiding ability? Sadly, no, it does not. it's just flavor-text...

no, read what i said... the workers raid anonymous imaginary npcs... they're not raiding your planet.. they're raiding imaginary npcs that fly close to your planet...
......the heist dispatch center is just the head of operations for those workers that are doing the raiding,... and they bring the stuff back to the heist dispatch center for you to pick up... that's why the heist dispatch center gives you artifact and mineral "production"... the workers in the center are being productive in stealing artifacts and minerals and giving them to you _________________ _________ Officer Namba1 of The Unknown, Lv.666+ Dark Smuggler |

how bout Upgraded Decryption Quad-Frame for players that like to hack?
additional blue badge needed to upgrade Decryption Quad-Frame = 55 maybe? add 5% hacking ability |
