Abilities
Ability: Luminate (transforms common planets)
Luminous Sub-Frequency Lens: Ability that you can use on your planets, but only Barren, Desert, Metallic, Icy, Terra, or Toxic. Transforms the planet into a Luminous planet, increasing the Planet Size by 1 and all resources by 3.
