Thraccti, Scruuge Defector (ally image) is an ally that was available in the Artifact Market during the 2013 Christmas Scruuge event (began December 05 at 00:00 GTC) for 130 Galaxy Points.
When this ally is first hired it starts at rank 1 and has a max rank of 100. To rank this ally, you must use its Thraccti Loyalty ability. This ability costs 5 yellow badges and 250 energy, with a cooldown timer of 20 hours. Each time this ally ranks up, this ally will provide a (2%*rank) bonus to all existing stats.
Upkeep for Thraccti begins at 100 million Credits at rank 1 and rises 2% with each rank, so a rank 100 Thraccti will cost 298 million in upkeep each day.
