Artifacts which increase your offensive action count include: Containment Missile, Disarming Bomb, EMP Sphere, Positron Clouder, Quantum Flare, Krionite Torped, Chaostatic Inhibitor

05jul2011 - TM offensive action count limit was set to 50. Previously, there had been no limit.

28aug2012 - TM offensive action count limit was doubled from 50 to 100.

17apr2014 - TM offensive action count limit is increased to 125 if you have the fully upgraded Temporal Containment Shell installed on your ship.
