When it comes to big guns Alpha seems to have the advantage. Alpha also has the advantage in numbers. Both legions members 100% active.

The cause of the war. (Besides the obvious desire for death and destruction and messing with the other guys stats.) DrunkEwok stole a massive oceanic from Hawkblade and apparently in his drunken stupor forgot how to develop said planet loading it with over 4k population figuring noone in their right mind would try wasting time and energy to get it back (Artifact production on said planet was 32 artifact.... (Dude next time wait on a planet like that until you have a flux.)

And the fight insued once the Talons got it back. And by the way we've been able to hold it ever since. Helps when all of you that are online can guard it.

What has followed is an array of disables, hacks, raids and general MAYHEM on both sides. If you like underdogs there is a clear favorite here. If it's damage and destruction you want to see well join one of the two legions as both have open slots available and come join the party. For the most part it looks to be a good fight between both sides. I am unaware of any bad behavior by either side. Lots of ships popping up in both Legions ship logs. Followed by lots of artifact usage and energy expenditures. Energy cubes and tri-matrix emblems don't have long lives in either fleets cargo holds. Artifacts and traps are also at a premium on both sides.

I'm sure there are lots of good fights to come as there have been lots of good fights already.

how long this will go is anyones guess. Hawk has a desire for us to gain in reputation. So from our point of view not until we have accomplished this goal. (Not sure how you measure it but it's gonna be a fun ride.)

I would encourage someone from Alpha to post their observations as well if they have any.

That's a strange reason to thank someone but okay. I'd also like to say that this is fun, it's the first official war that we've been in as far as I know.

Must say damn good war. Being well played on both sides. Shame it took me so long to realize that I needed to be in a legion that has honor and rules to their battle, I may have been more interested in it earlier. Now if I could just quit hitting the halcyons I could cause more destruction. Happy hunting to all involved.

ok i can say bud, that i am personally higher than a good few of the talon company, and i outclass a few more in firepower......but when I went toe to toe with most of them......I GOT MY @$$ HANDED TO ME.....yeah i did some damage got a few kills, and at the end of the day i would honestly say I LOST, do yourself a favor and DONT FIGHT JUST GET OUT OF THE FIGHT, they can kick some serious command deck.......i now respect them and even try to help them (vice verse) whenever i can.............rootin for you Talon's GIT EM'

I would say that is a rather weak reason for wanting a ceasefire. I love having a challenging opponent, which I have found from Most those in alpha legion. Sounds like your costing him too much of his precious artifacts Ex. Good job.
