If it is just another permanent server, players can spend ridiculous amounts of money to get to the top. Making it monthly will discourage that kind of crap, but that will also discourage Dan from making it if he cannot milk out as much $$$. This new "monthly" server will also need a few tweaks to gameplay. Ship modifiers or something?

Either way, It would probably be best to start working on this 2nd server after Dan has delivered the high lvl content to the one we have now.
