We have spoken to Berserker, and he has made it clear that he will not give back the planet. We do not want to kick him, we are not a massive legion and a member like him is too much to lose. We also stick by our members, and as far as we are concerned, Berserker has been a good player with us so far. We still however, want to avoid war. We feel that kicking Berserker will achieve you nothing, as he will still refuse to give your planet back. We are happy for you to attempt to take the planet back by force, but the rest of us do not want to get involved.

I hope we can talk about this further, like we did yesterday.

I understand your position. Unfortunately the planet was fluxed and I have no opportunity to take it back.

The purpose that would be served in Beserker being kicked is that he would eventually learn that no legion will accept him being dishonorable and a liar. That if you make a mistake and then refuse to do anything to right that you can't just laugh and get away with it.

As for your legion, you want him to stay and be a part of your legion, he is your second stronget member and you want to keep him. Keep in mind that he is only there because no one else wanted him. He isn't their because he wants to be a Battlestar Galactica Member, he is there because he has no where else to go. You are his 7th or 8th choice that I know of and there were probably more than that. Even the legions with horrible reputations kicked him out.

Doesn't that tell you anything?

Do you honestly believe that given the opportunity he won't screw you like he screwed his other legions?

That he won't leave you for a better opportunity or when he doesn't want to obey your leaders?

You knowingly give safe harbor to someone that is an unrepentant liar and planet thief. If that is the reputation you want your legion to have that is fine. But be fully aware of what consequences protecting someone brings on your legion. I am a man of my word and if he is still a member and has not given the planet back, I will attack every Battlestar Galactica member or planet I can find starting on Wednesday.

When that happens do you really believe Beserker will stand and fight alongside the legion that is protecting him? Or that he will run and refuse to accept responsibility like he always has?

By the way, did he mention that he took a second Crusader planet 2 days ago, after he became a member of Battlestar Galactica? That action alone is enough for us to declare war on your legion. You have until tomorrow morning.

Fine, I see we have no choice but to kick him, or get your planet back. Please could you give us a bit longer, so I can discuss with my officers? I will post an announcement asking for Berserker's decision, but he is not online at the moment. We would appreciate just a few more hours, until this afternoon to sort this out.

I do not understand why you would want to keep someone like that. He is only there because you are the only ones that would take him. After joining your legion which is a third the size of mine, he takes another planet knowing how I will react and knowing that it will start a war just like every other time he has done this.

You obviously cannot lead him or he would give the planet back because we all know thats the right thing to do. He sees it as "I can cause as much trouble as he wants, get disabled a few times and then fall off someone's log." Your legion will pay the price but what does he care, he will just find a new one like he has every time before.

Knowing what he has done and continues to do, can you honestly say he cares about your legion?

I have ordered Berserker to give back the planet. If he refuses this final time, he will be kicked. I am not going to be online tonight, so I will ask my officers to kick him if he does refuse. Him refusing to hand the planet over shows he does not care about hie legion. Sorry this is taking so long, I am in England, and most members are in America, so afternoon to me, when i'm online is the middle of the night for the others. Do not declare war on us, he will be kicked if he refuses (which i'm sure he will) This should hopefully happen tonight.

No worries, I appreciate the effort. Knowing the trouble he has caused and the lies he told, even admitting on the forum that he knew he shouldn't take the planet and then lied about giving it back, why do you want him?

i really like how you tell things that make you look really good and me really bad over something so small in life. i think your a little to into the game. its a war game and i broke a nap omg lets cry about it and throw a big fit. most legions i was in didn't care what i did but they did care that a top ranked person like you was threatning war on any legion that i was in. you say im dishonorable. How is it honorable to tell every legion im in that if i don't give the planet back to you its war if they keep me in it. That's not honorable its called being ruthless. for some of your other questions yeah some times it to hard to check everything ive been working 11 hour days mon-fri and 5.5 hours on saterday i cant spend that much time playing the game and spending this much time over a planet. if you want it you can have but with the hours i work your going to have to work around me on getting it back if you dont like then i will keep the planet. let me know how and when. you probably want to to come to battlestar. i work 5:30AM-5:00PM central time.

awwww its over thats it. come on berserker dont give up a berserkers only way out is death. i say trying to keep you out of every legion is his tactics of getting the planet back and hes just pretending to care so much about that NAP as an excuse to get his planet back. why are so many legions scared of kaos besides him there's not that many high ranked people in his legion. why not try to join a legion that is already at war with his legion. who cares if he lied any ways just because he said he would doesn't mean it a legal binding contract get over that kaos it just makes you sound like you are looking for any thing for an excuse to get your planet back. kinda selfish considering the rest of your legion members will get hit a lot harder than you. I would say that your actions are just as bad if not worse than berserkers kaos its kinda pathetic.

Anyone can search the forum and find you on the ban list (a typo under the name bereserker). Your old legion did that, not me. They can also see you admitted to lying and making excuses for it.

Since I don't trust you and you have lied before I will be contacting your leaders and let them make the arrangements. That way there is no confusion about what happened if someone should change their mind.

you will talk to me about getting your planet what part in the past did i not make clear to you my legion leaders dont own me. you can talk to them but to get your planet back you WILL TALK TO ME.

And why should I trust you this time? And if you are lying again? At least if I deal with your legion leaders they will know what really happened if you back out.

I trust your legion leaders as an impartial party to make sure everything is done right this time. Do you not trust them?

i dont like the way you brush me off when your trying to get my planet back. yes my planet not yours so if you want it back you will show me respect and not insult me by thinking that you can make other people make me give you the planet back. thats the whole reason why i took back my offer the first time. don't tell me you didn't learn your lesson.

I haven't been here for the last day, and as far as I can see, Berserker has agreed to give the planet back. I don't know if he has done this yet, but we will keep on to him until he does. This might take a few days i'm afraid, he isn't online that often. We do want to keep Berserker, because if does give the planet back, it is a sign that he cares about our legion. We will still kick him if the planet isn't given back.

I have tried joining your legion a few times but it is full. Beserker is welcome to join the Galactic Crusaders again to make the trade.
