Your next big project should be to lift defence one more tier and get all 8 defences loaded- biggest job is the deck space not the research- but that invulnerable feel your ship will have is worth it- your ap production will help pull in the decks for this- it will come quicker than you think

My defence at 300 was 4.5k as well- and i am konqul not aerlen (mind you i think i was still vygoid then)

The biggest gains have been in the crew area for tac officers, but also keep in mind that 200 helmsman have gone towards the velox thrusters, thats an additional 600 crew that i didnt use. going for the last velox now, and then the ship growth should be more well rounded.

My ranking has been relatively slow. mining and research are still capping in 10 hours, arti has moved to ~12, the recent breakthroughs for the CT LAB storage facilities is wonderful. finally have a use for MSPs and TC's

Should also be noted that im finishing Perfect syncopated hull this week.
And im honestly not sure what to research next...
weapons arent a huge issue, and defense honestly isn't either since I just dont have the space to install more. All i can think of is to do the rest of the scanning chain, and maybe start on the next level for base installation.. but even thats a waste, since it will be a long time before many people will be able to donate.

Nice progression, not sure what youve reseached fully thus far. If you have everything that you want then i would just research whatever is the cheapest rp wise, though i would deff finish all ship research - save perhaps proxy - before i move onto base tech.

Also thanks for keeping this log its nice to have someone in my range brackett to compare to as i set goals and look ahead.

Sorry rank 349, and yea id go more energy as well, but again slow ranking and no need for it. Also to note I am ~50 helmsman / xcharge cells away from 3 velox and aegis, my legion just doesnt have them in the CT lab, so i will have to look elsewhere when i finish saving up.

I can say from experience that you absolutely don't need a research producing base when you have 3.1k per hour at our rank area. 3.1k/h is easily enough to keep beyond the average tech for our rank bracket.

Might aswell get as much as I can before going back to an Artifact Base :)
EDIT: If I slow rank with atleast 130k RP/Day I'll get to research atleast up to Exor. Inverter M3s, Heavy Thetha, Perfect Ferm. by Rank 200. I'll worry about getting ship-bots and prisoners later when I reach Rank 200.

2173 attack,1737 defense, 5395 hull, 2130 cargo, 204 E with 2:02 minute recharge, around 175 million upkeep.


I would recommend you get nulls and Fermionic hulls, which would serve you well. try to get more hulls and more defense, will prevent people from badging you very often, saving you much credits. You don't have to be as overpowered as the crazy people. . Trans-Temporal Nacelles and Ferminonic Armour is only 2.5 Million research from Quantum Overlay --> Trans Temp III and Neutronium --> Ferm III. That is only around 2-3 weeks.

+10s are decent, and a lot cheaper than +12s. If you haven't got Obviators, get them. AS the other guy said, those 450 defense is almost 50% increase in a planetary shield's power. Less shields=more production spaces (or more safety and sleep).

overall, you are doing really well! If you want, you can skimp a little mineral production if you sell artifacts for KU/CTP like i do. Good luck on Galaxy legion, and may enemies stay away from your planets :P

going to ATTEMPT a VERY SLOW ranking method... only missions and any elites that show up from normal timer rundown.
