Size 1, Population: 200, Cloak: 25
Cloak scales with the size of the planet.
Cannot be used on Gas or Plasma planets.
Now to figure out the scaling...
EDIT: Limit 1 per planet.

275 on a mega collosal, one of the crappiest rewards from a mission for a long while. You can get 200 cloak and 250 cloak structures in the ct lab

Guess there had to be more cloak structures to balance out the recent addition of more scanning mods, crappy reward nonetheless, might be useful someday...

So far this whole mission chain is just giving us garbage, which is shame considering how awesome the Trelith were.

Huh, 1 for a mega colossal then ditch the rest of the chain. Sad.
V Tiny = 25 Tiny = 50 V Small = 75 Small = 100 Average = 125 Large = 150 V Large = 175 Massive = 200 V Massive = 225 Colossal = 250 M Colossal = 275
Just educated assumption, mind.

Don't get it. It might not be the most awesome of items, but exactly how many of the top ranked arti for cloak, size 1 can you put on the planet? Think you'll need more than that to cloak your planet? I suspect you will, so it is pretty darn useful for the big planets.
Complain all you want, but it is still quite useful because you can't put 10 of the best ones out there on the same planet.

^Unless your defense is so high that the amount of energy required to take down the planet is prohibitive to most players.

Well the player relying on the Population would also have an XRP Warp inhibitor to avoid those pesky vaporizers.
