Or some name like it.

The basic idea is that its a planetary effect. Is degrade the planet like Exotica.
It Degrade the planets production 1% every 30 mins and degrades its Defenses 1% Every 2 hours.
The planet timer is unlimited.
If it lefted on the planet for over 1 month. the planet is destoryed and a new planet is generated in its place.
The effect half if used on a planets with over 5 mega rich anything.
Not usable on invicible or immue planets. If the Planet Vortex Deflector effect is place during this effect. The planet effect returns to its orginal form during the timer. The 1 month count down stops untill the effect is over then everything continues.

The thing should have 2,500 Energy to create with:
100 Unstable Wormhole Emitter
100 Planetary Time Vortex
100 Ion Storm Charge
250 Crimson Obelisk
50 Warp Gate Chassis

To told the effect there should be a new mission you get a level 1.
Purger Emitter
Rank 1 it opens and costs:
1,000 Energy per round or 5 Energy and a purger.

So wait: Is there no way to get rid of it, or do you have to continue to use planetary vortex deflectors on it? I"m kinda confused on that part. However, it does seem like a rather good idea to me.

For 3500 energy i can get 4 purgers from the repeatable mission, so i can now purge 4 planets instead of the 1 which your new artifact allows me to destroy, and i can scan 4 new planets.

As for the 2nd idea, of 5 nrg and a purger, what the heck man, 5 nrg and a purger allows you to purge the planet anyway, so why?

Seems extremely pointless to me.

So basically you blow up a planet you don't want/can't take and there's no way to stop it.
Ummm....NO!

Find one of your enemy's finest planets and use this on it. Douchebaggery at its grandest!

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think the intention of the second idea was to counter the first. A repeatable mission that rewards an artifact that would stop the effect. However, a mission opened up at rank one but requiring 1000 energy to run seems badly thought out.

It does seem massively overpowered in the first place. Something this destructive shouldn't require a lot to counter, and should be readily available.
