I just called them puzzle pieces for lack of a better name. It kinda works for right now, because each one is a piece to the puzzling final reward. ;)

Instead of puzzle piece have them be switches when each mission is done and all switches are on and the base gets a % boost in production. The person who completes the mission gets a reward for the mission like:
Red one gives an artifact that allows you to see what traps a person has on.
Blue gives a small boost to scan/cloak for an hour a fixed amount like 100.
Green an invasion multiplier +5% chance.
Silver an art that gives a higher chance at a rare item from base drop.
Dark puts an elite on your bt.
Yellow increases chances of a critical raid by 10% for an hour.
All missions are on the same timer, say 23 hrs. Switch stays on for 20 hrs.


switch or puzzle piece, i would suggest that the small bonuses for completing the mission be legion-wide but NOT related to the way the mission was accomplished. there should be a tracking of who has done what though, so that if the member that completed that mission leaves the legion, the legion bonus is lost until someone else steps into the breach.

There is a legion-wide bonus the mission reward is for the individual so there is no need to keep track. The legion bonus is also independent of the person, so if they leave it continues and someone else can do the mission once the timer is up. The rewards I proposed were just because of the original idea, there could be 6 missions with each of the UTS boost so they can use them on days they don't normally appear.

Also notice mine is repeatable so the same people don't always get the bonus and it requires the legion to stay active to continually received the bonus.
