Silthion Soldier
Rare Npc
ranks 500-2000
drops T-plasma mine - a new trap artifact that automatically inflicts the t-plasma gemini cannon effect.

Basically an upgrade from thetacron mines.

+1 I rather like it. It's not that overpowered...and I would NOT like to get hit by it still. If the NPC was halfway common it would be a great drop, and whatnot. Besides, even Thetacrons are WAY too wimpy to damage most PVPers that are out there, especially at higher levels, and Thetacrons need a rather lot of effort to make as well. This would be nice.

Ok maybe a little twist increases chance of gemini cannon for 15minutes by 70% so theres a big chance, but it can still fail if that works, +1

+ 1 to original ideal -1 to mysterion's idea with that trap if your on your ship would be invincible so OP, as to a ship with 18k hull the cannons do 2.5k damage and they a appear to fire every other shot, so add on 70% you getting getting every or nearly every time you attack so every 15 attacks you have go repair , and the cannons go by % of hull for a ship with 30k hull they will do 4k ish damage.also mysterion have you ever attacked a ship with gemini cannons, they are a major pain double pain. bet not since any one who has would not suggest that idea.
