how about putting energy cubes back in the draw ? except they will be DARK ENERGY CUBES, where gained experience is -50% for 12 hours

i figure the only way to get the cubes back in the artifact draw was if there was some kind of side effect from using them instead of -50%xp, how about -99% scan, or -50% attack or defense or cloak ? or maybe you would have a certain amount of time to use the energy ? some kind of drawback is necessary to bring the cubes back......

like I said, it's a preference, I want the energy, but I don't always want to level, might just put me within viewing range of someone who I don't want to get in a fight with.

If i can get full nrg of an art but 50% less exp i still would not care i would like it. i have nrg to gain arts npc hurt ppl not ranking is no big deal any more.+1

Does it occur to anyone that there are some design issues if penalties are being considered a good thing ?? I figure it's mainly that ppl want easier pvp by staying lower rank, but it still just confounds me.
