Note:
- Activating the blueprints adds the structure to the standard planetary building list.
- Each barrier costs 100,000 Credits and 50 Prejoran Tech to build.
- This artifact stops -ALL- resource production on the planet.
- This is considered an incredibly bad structure by most players. Its Size to Defense ratio (300:1) is surpassed by two of the standard researchable Defense planetary structures, starting at the Planetary Shield, and those don't remove the planet's production.
