The Litheor Race have the 'Deep-Phase Probe' Ability to launch a Litheor Deep-Phase Probe permanently into the planet. The Probe becomes a Planet Structure with the following stats: Size 1, +2 Artifact/Research/Mining, +900 Pop, +150 Cloak. Limit 2 per planet. The ability has a 40 hour cool down.
