Available from: the Rare NPCs known as the Dark Mass-Carrier, Dark Scrap Carrier, and T.O. Troop Carrier, as well as from the Artifact Market.

Richness of ALL resources +1 (e.g. Rich becomes Very Rich)
Restriction: Will not increase production over 15X Mega Rich
Special: If a resource is not initially present, the new production rate will be Extremely Sparse

Note: If you have 4 Litheor Tetractic Crystals installed on your ship, using the Terraforming Device will also provide a 10% bonus to all production on that planet for 48 hours.
